If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund you have the right to do so, providing you notify us in writing of your intention within 14 days of the day after delivery of the product(s). Please notify us by email: customerservices@mygroovyplace.com
The goods must be returned in their original box and internal packaging and not have been used or installed. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Any goods supplied must then be returned at your own expense, within 14 days of your notice to cancel the order to us at:

We are able to arrange an insured collection if requested. *Please note - costs vary according to the size and weight of the item*. An indication of costs are listed below, however please contact customerservices@mygroovyplace.com for exact charges:
Providing the goods are returned complete with all accessories (including any free gifts supplied) you will receive a full refund within 14 days of our receipt of the affected goods. We are unable to accept back any unwanted gifts or non-faulty items if more than 14 days after the delivery date have passed. If your item is faulty then please refer to the 'Service' section of our website.
If any items are returned with missing original factory packed accessories you will be charged for their replacement.
Repairs
Product repairs will be conducted on site wherever possible. If we arrange to collect an item for repair it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged securely with enough packaging to protect the item during transit. Please ensure this also includes a sturdy and suitable outer box or cover for the item. If you no longer have the original packaging, replacement boxes are readily available to purchase online for a nominal fee.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns that are not sufficiently packaged. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damage caused in transit and, should this occur, the item will be returned back to the customer with no repair.
Products are sold for domestic use only.
Packages & Bundles
All Terms are as above but if you have purchased products as part of a package/bundle deal, please note that all items from that package/bundle must be returned for a refund or exchange. You cannot return only part of a package/bundle.
Faulty Products
You can get advice regarding your legal rights from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in the above terms will affect your legal rights.
